Blue Rain

BLUE RAIN is an American rock band formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1994. It features the songwriting of high school best friends, Drew Hayes and J. Eric Menge. BLUE RAIN combines elements of ROCK, POP, JAZZ, HARD ROCK, and BLUES. Currently they have 4 full studio releases: JUST THE BEGINNING, SECOND CHANCES, TRILOGY, and THE FOURTH DEGREE as well as a 4 song EP, SIDE NOTES. Currently they are working on their 5th release, QUINTESSENTIAL.

Over the years, BLUE RAIN has featured many highly talented local Minnesota musicians, currently featuring; Beth Norris Hill (SUGAR BUZZ, QUEEN OF THE RYCHE), Jake Jacobs (AUDIO CIRCUS), Michelle Hernick (SPIN CYCLE, RECORD PROPHETS), Trevor “Muddcat” Melby (MUDDCAT MELBY), Steve Hill (HELLION), Mike Reschke (THE CYCLONES).
